Steve with AnnieMac was very attentive to our needs especially when it came to getting us estimated numbers for all of the offers that we were placing. He always answered in a timely manner and was always willing to explain things to me being a first time home buyer about how things works and the steps of the processes. He was also extremely helpful in getting us to the table when it was coming time for settlement as we were having a lot of unforeseen issues with the appraiser that kept pushing things back.

Pat has been a gem this entire process from start to finish. Though the market has been difficult to navigate the last couple of years, Pat remained diligent, patient and helpful. He's honest and just a great person to work with. He literally went to bat for us each and every time our offer was considered. As first time home buyers, we loved working with Pat! He was so helpful, and was very patient with answering all of our questions. We appreciated how fast he would respond to us. We especially liked that he was able to give us approximate payments before we looked at a house. Thanks to him, we were able to figure out what houses were within our budget - and now we have a great house in a great town well under budget!

If you are looking to refinance or get a mortgage Pat is the absolute best person to use. I use going through a divorce and exploring what options were best for me. He broke down what a refinance and an actual mortgage would look like for me. He answered absolutely every question and concern. Every text message and phone were returned and he never made feel like I was bothering him. I would definitely use Pat he has the patience of a saint.
